Birthday Weekend May 11th 13th Harrogate BOOKING DEADLINE EXTENDED

GOOD NEWS The Cedar Court Hotel, Harrogate, have agreed to extend the cut off date for the special Naylor Car Club rates to March 17th 2018 so now is the time to get your booking made by telephoning the Cedar Court Hotel,and mention that you are part of the Naylor Car Club Birthday Event. Once you have booked the hotel, please send your Event Entry Form to Ian Collingwood. In case you have mislaid your entry form, Click Here. AGM 2018 7 – 10 September 2018 Leavenheath Colchester.

Spring Lunch, Saturday March 10th at noon

We start our 2018 season with a lunch hosted by Rob & Jane Bream. The cost will be £10 a head please ring Jane  to book your lunch.

Rob and Jane have requested all bring a wrapped gift that will be raffled for a local charity.

Just in case anyone would like to spend a little more time exploring Bury St Edmunds, there is a Premier Inn within walking distance of St Andrews Street.

Workshop Day, Saturday April 21st

Brian Daniels has kindly offered the use of his garage facilities to the club once more. Please call to book a space and discuss your servicing needs for the day.

 

Trip to the Isle of Man 6-14th August

This trip is being organised by Tony & Ann Brooks. If you would like to join the group already signed up please contact Tony.

British Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs “Drive it Day” April 22nd

“Drive it Day” takes place annually the aim is to raise awareness of the large and important extent of the classic vehicle movement. Their aim is to uphold the freedom to use old vehicles on the roads without undue restrictions.

We are requested to take our cars out for a run and maybe join with other likeminded folk. Look on their web page www.fbhvc.co.uk for events in your area.

There is a group of members in East Anglia intending to go to the National Trust property at Wimpole Hall in Cambridgeshire for lunch. They would be pleased to welcome anyone who wishes to take their cars to join them.

Broadlands MG 29th Heritage run 7th May

MG Live Silverstone June 2nd & 3rd

There are a few chaps aiming to attend this event. So far there are 2 TF’s attending on the Saturday, and 4 TF’s on the Sunday. If you plan to attend either day please let Robert Baines know so that we can advise MG Car Club how many TF’s to expect.
